• Studies of forest ecosystems condition and dynamics affected by natural and man-made factors including silvicultural operations and forest use
• Development of theoretical and methodical issues for silviculture, forest management, use and regeneration
• Development of silvicultural operations and technologies including forest treatments, afforestation and forest use, involvement and presentation of draft regulatory acts on forest treatment, afforestation and forest use
• Involvement in development of sectoral draft regulatory, technical, methodical and technological documents on forest treatment, afforestation and forest use
• Design, survey and development operations in area of forest treatment, afforestation and forest use; Involvement in development of analytic materials, concepts, feasibility studies and other information and analytic products on forest treatment, afforestation and forest use
